A new group designed to get you moving physically, mentally, and emotionally! You owe it to yourself!

April 26 - Come alone or plop the kids in the stroller…either way it’s time to get that heart rate up! More info will follow but we plan to walk the 96 Highway loop. Let’s get our bodies moving! RSVP to Tracy

June 7 - Meet us at Sedgwick County Park and we’ll walk, jog or push our kiddos around the path once or twice! RSVP to Tracy
